Recruitment of Probationary Officers in JMG Scale I - 2010-11
from Accredited Col eges/Educational Institutions:
To meet its requirement of personnel in Officers cadre for Branches/Offices, the Bank, in addition to the process of recruitment through open market on All India basis, proposes to recruit Probationary Officers in JMG Scale I directly from accredited Colleges/ Educational Institutions.
Keeping in view the job requirements, Bank prefers meritorious students with graduation in Science, Commerce, Management or Computer Application.The eligibility criteria and mode of selection for the process would be as follows:
Age: Minimum: 21 years Maximum: 30 years
Educational Qualification : Degree with 55% marks in Science, Commerce, Management or Computer Application from a recognised University. Applicants should be proficient in computer applications
Selection Procedure:Group Discussion and/or Interview.
Pay, Perks and other details of the Post:Total pay on an annualised basis comes to Rs.2.10 lakhs which includes Pay, encashment of Leave and LTC. In addition, the selected candidate is also eligible for perks to the tune of Rs.0.92 lakh per annum.
Selected candidates would be governed by the payment of Gratuity Act, Staff Provident Fund besides Pension regulations.
Transferable anywhere in India.
Officers so recruited shall execute an agreement to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 2 years after joining and furnish to the Bank a Bank Guarantee for Rs.50000/- [Rupees fifty thousand only] or a Fixed Deposit of our Bank for a period of 2 years for the aforesaid amount by assigning the same in favour of the Bank. In the event of the Officer leaving the services of the Bank before completion of two years period, the amount so held as security deposit would be forfeited or the Bank Guarantee may be invoked, in addition to payment of 3 months pay towards notice period.
The colleges/Educational Institutions, affiliated to recognised Universities and accredited by NAAC with rating of B+ and above, who are interested to participate in the process may kindly fill in and forward the Format displayed alongside.
Mere empanelment does not confer any right, whatsoever nature, on the College/Institution and management decision shall be final.
